CIP systems are Cleaning in Place systems.

Cleaning In Place equipment involves the mounting of water nozzles at strategic positions in the dryer installation. These nozzle heads can be placed in position prior to cleaning operation & removed for drying operation. They can also be fitted permanently.

CIP systems are best suited whenever there is changeover of product. CIP systems reduce time for washing & cleaning of a drying system. They generate minimum effluent.

CIP is popular in industries especially those handling food products, frequent washing requirement or changeover of product.
