Fluidized Spray
Dryers
We fabricate a wide range of integrated Fluidized Spray Dryers
which are manufactured employing spray drying and fluid bed drying
technologies. These are operationally flexible and enable production of
a wide range of physical properties and optimum thermal efficiency
because of the drying at the low temperature. There is a spray nozzle
atomizer present down to the fluid bed from where the spray is created
and agglomeration incorporating finer, recycled material also takes
place. Exhaust air moves out through the roof causing which in turn
causes further agglomeration in the spray zone. There is present a
recirculation system which uses cyclones or bag filters, or a
combination of both for recycling fines to the spray dryer chamber, the
integrated fluid bed, or the external fluid bed. This process yields
non-dusty, free flowing agglomerated powders with high flavor retention.
Third stage involves fluid bed as drying / cooling.
These are used for drying sticky products and are based on the ideal
concept for drying heat and also accomplish improved aroma retention.
Further, these are also used for drying fats, hygroscopic, and sticky
products that are difficult to handle.

Flash Dryers
We have gained expertise in manufacturing a wide range of flash
dryers that are extensively used for drying powders and granules,
crystalline material. Wet material is diffused in to the stream of hot
air or gas fetched through a drying duct. There are cyclones or bag
filters for product separation and with the help of flash dryers, feed
materials such as powders, gels, slurries, granules and flakes can be
easily processed.
Back mixing of the wet feed with a portion of dry product for pastes,
or sticky materials for producing a suitable conditioned material is
required. Our flash dryers are used in industries such as food, mineral,
polymer and chemical.

Spin Flash Dryers
Adopting latest technological development, we manufacture a
precision engineered range of spin flash dryers which are used for
drying of wet cake, viscous and thick paste. Material is fed with a
screw feeder through a variable sped drive in to vertical drying
chamber. This is heated by air and at the same time a specially
disintegrated dis integrator. There is direct or indirect heating of air
which depends upon the application and the dry powder is collected
through cyclone separator/ bag filter or with a combination of both.

Table Top Spray
Dryers
We also manufacture a wide range of Table-top Spray Dryers that
are used for mainly laboratories. Available in various models with a
varying capacity ranging from 0.5 l/hr to 3 liter/hour, these are widely
appreciated for high performance. This is a compact model which
comprises drying chamber, cyclone separator fabricated with hard glass.
This compact cabinet comprises various mechanical and electrical
components such as controlling / indicating instruments, pilot plant
dryers, heaters, pilot dryers, air filter removing is in stainless steel
& / or anti corrosive coated mild steel material of construction.
There are clamps and fittings which allow easy, fast and assembly&
dismantling of the glass components.
Spray Dryers
Spray dryers consists of a large cylindrical & usually
vertical chamber. In to which material to be dried is fed in the form of
small droplets. And hot air is fed to supply the heat necessary to
complete evaporation of liquid.
Spray drying process is applicable to a wide range of products and
industries.

Design Consideration
Co-current type : Feed and hot air is from same side. Feed is from
rotary atomiser and nozzle.
Counter current : Feed is from top side and hot air from bottom side.
Feed is from from rotary atomiser and nozzle.
Co- counter type : Feed is from bottom side and hot air from top
(Fountain) side. Feed atomisation is through pressure nozzle or two
fluid nozzle.
