Forming the perfect particle

Spray Dryers are widely used in many process industries for drying the materials. This is designed with a large cylindrical and vertical chamber into which the material is fed in the form of small droplets. In addition to this, the hot air is also fed to generate heat in the chamber for completing the evaporation of liquid.

  • Co-current Spray Dryer - Feed and hot air is from same side that is from rotary atomizer and nozzle
  • Counter current Spray Dryer - Feed is from top side and hot air from bottom side

Fluidized Spray Dryers

Fluidized Spray Dryers are extensively used in various industries for dry sticky products. The working of the system is simple, based on spray drying and fluid bed drying technologies.   • Down to the fluid bed, a spray nozzle atomizer is present from where the spray is created and agglomeration incorporating finer, recycled material takes place

Spin Flash Dryers
